MANGO  LASSI

Ingredients

 1 cup diced mango   3⁄4 cup milk  3⁄4 cup plain yogurt   3 tbsp sugar  1⁄4 tsp cardamom  powder (optional)

GARNISH

1 tbsp crushed almond and pistachew 2 tbsp wipped cream  2 tbsp mango purree or mango cubes

STEPS

Rinse the fresh ripe mangoes, cut into cubes and chill them for 2-3 hrs.

Grab a blender jar,add chilled mangoes,yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamum powder and ice

STEPS

Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy mango lassi. It should be thick enough to drink easily, but still pourable.

STEPS

Pour the mango lassi in glasses top with whipped cream, sprinkle dry nuts and mango cubes and serve.
