Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
Description
Air fryer roasted potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish and snack made with potatoes cooked in an air fryer. They come out crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, similar to classically roasted potatoes but made with less oil.

Pre heat your Air fryer:
Pre heat your air fryer at 400F (200C) for even cooking.

Cut the potatoes:
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into wedges or cubes, try to cut them in uniform size for even cooking.

Toss the potatoes:
Add the potatoes in large bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder ,mixed herbs and any additional spices you desire. Make sure all the potatoes are evenly coated.

Air frying:
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding).
Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside and fork-tender on the inside. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

Garnish the roasted potatoes with fresh coriander and lemon wedges, serve with your favorite meat dishes like roasted chicken, grilled steak or salads with vinaigrette dressing.Â
