For Raw Mango Concentrate

Prepare Raw Mango :
Wash and peel the raw mangoes, remove the pit and chop.

Add 2 cups of water in chopped raw mangoes and cook for 10-15 minutes or until soften.

Add the soften mangoes in blander and make smooth paste and keep a side.

Prepare Sugar syrup (Sheera):
Add 2 cups sugar in souce pan with a cup of water cook on medium to high flame to get the one string cinsistency.

Prepare raw mango concentrate:
Now add cooked raw mango purree in hot sugar syrup, add spices (black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder) combine every thing together,again bring it to boil and remove from heat.
let the raw mango concentrate cool and store in clean jar in fridge up to a week or two.

- Drop 3-4 ice cubes in a glass and add 3 tbsp of raw mango concentrate.
- Seasoned with black salt/and scrunched-up mint leaves.
- Add water to the glass, adjust the water quantity according to your taste preference.
- Stir to well combine the entire mixture, adjust the seasoning if desired.
For Raw Mango Mojito Mocktail:

- Drop 3-4 ice cubes in a glass and add 3 tbsp of raw mango concentrate.
- Seasoned with black salt/and scrunched-up mint leaves.
- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the glass, or as per preference.
