This nutty banana bread is a perfect way to use up overripe bananas and enjoy a warm, comforting treat. Packed with flavor and nuts, it's a delicious snack or breakfast option

Ingredients
  • 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey (instead of honey you can add brown sugar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Let,s learn how to make air fryer banana bread:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320F (160C) and grease a small loaf pan that fits easily in your air fryer basket.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, butter, honey and vanilla extract until smooth. 

  3. Whisk dry ingredient together in a bowl. (flour, salt and baking soda)

  4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients gradually, mix until well combined. 

    Finally fold in the chopped walnuts.

  5. Pour the batter into the greased dish or loaf pan and bake in air fryer for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Let the banana bread cool in the air fryer for 5 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
