  1. Chicken Marination:

    Add all ingredients( wings, garlic powder, salt& pepper, lemon juice, finely grated ginger, lemon zest,baking powder,corn starch and butter or olive oil in zip lock freezer bag. Seal the bag and shake  vigorously to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Marinate for 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to develop. 

  2. Preheat oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a baking rack on top. Transfer chicken wings to the prepared baking rack.
  3. Bake for perfection:

    Bake about 30 minutes or until done. 

  4. Serve:

    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and sesame seeds, serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite sauce.
