Mango Habanero Salsa Ingredients
  • 2 fresh mangoes (cut in small cubes)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
  • 1 fresh bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato (remove seeds and cut in small cubes)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • habanero pepper, seeded (finely chopped)
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Habanero Peppers:

     Remove the stems and seeds if you want to reduce the heat slightly. Finely chop the peppers. Be careful when handling habanero peppers, as they can irritate the skin and eyes. For milder salsa, use jalapeno peppers or a serrano pepper instead.
