How to make mango lassi

  1. prepare mangoes:

    Rins the fresh ripe mangoes, cut into cubes and chill them for 2-3 hrs.

  2. Add ingridents in blender:

    Grab a blender jar,add chilled mangoes,yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamum powder and ice (optional).

  3. Blend

    Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy lassi. It should be thick enough to drink easily, but still pourable.

  4. Assembling:

    Pour the lassi in glasses top with whipped cream, sprinkle dry nuts and mango cubes and serve.

  • Use fully ripe sweet mangoes with  less fiber , for the sweetest flavor and smooth texture. Alphanso mngoes are good for lassi,shakes and smoothies.
  • If your mangoes aren't quite ripe, you can add a little more sugar to taste
  • Adjust the ingredients according to taste. For dominent mango flavour ,add more mano and for dominent yogurt flavour add more yogurt.
