– 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil– 2 tablespoon lemon juic– 1⁄4 tsp turmeric powder 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup– Salt and pepper to taste– 1⁄2 tsp crushed ginger

In a small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey (if using), turmeric powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
