300 g  boneless chicken (boiled & shredded) 2 large eggs (hard boiled and mashed) 3⁄4 cup mayonnies 1⁄4 cup cabbage 1⁄8 cup carrot 1⁄4 cup cucumber 1⁄2 tsp salt (adjust according to taste) 1 tsp black pepper sandwich bread/ bran bread

Step 1

Chop the Veggies. For consistent flavor and even distribution of crunch throughout your dish, chop the veggies finely into small cubes.

Prepare sandwich filling: In a large bowl, toss together the chopped veggies, shredded chicken, mashed eggs, mayonnaise, and spices until well combined.

Make sandwiches Choose your favorite bread and trim the crusts if desired. Spread a generous amount of filling on each bread slice. Top each filled slice with another slice of bread to create a complete sandwich.

Cutting your sandwiches Cut your sandwiches in half, diagonally or straight across, for easy eating.  These are best enjoyed cold so put them in refrigerator for 5 mins before serving.
