1/4 cup fresh mint leaves 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 2 cups ice cubes 1 1/2 cup sprite lemon or 7 up. 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger

First, prep your mocktail rim by adding kosher salt and lime zest to a small plate. Rub the rim of your cocktail glass with a lime wedge and then swirl the cut in the plate of salt & lime zest until coated.
